"Great location and so far, really quiet. The property has lots of trees and a small lake which makes it feel like you're living closer to nature and not next to large interstates. The staff is very friendly. This is a hidden gem in North Raleigh and I am so glad I found it!"

"I've lived at Brookefield for a few years now and I LOVE it. The level of "customer service" is astounding. Every time I call for maintenance or any questions, they are genuinely happy to talk to me and help with whatever I need. I was planning on moving out this year (for reasons that had nothing to do with the property) and when the move fell through at the last minute, they were more than happy to help me get my lease signed for another year, without any issues or price adjustments. I honestly compare every other property to Brookefield. If the people running the show arent as nice and generous as Brookefield, I'm not living there."

"Moving to a new city and state, as I have recently done, can be very scary but I couldn't have picker a better place to live. I had multiple appointments set up to look at various apartment complexes. Brookefield Apartments was one of my last ones and I knew as soon as I drove in that I wanted to live here, therefore, I did not even attend my last appointments! It is very safe and everyone that I have met is exceptionally kind. The management is absolutely wonderful, the apartment and exterior is very neat and clean, it is quiet, and maintenance is very accommodating and quick to fix problems.
