They are quick to respond to any issues, or concerns. The maintenance men are quick to assist, friendly, and will answer any of your questions, ans I LOVE, LOVE my apartment and it's features."

It's so convenient with the highways and there's so many different restaurants and stores nearby. And after the new management took over, its just is getting better and better. "I have been living here for almost 2yrs. In that time I have witnessed the changes with the office and maintenance staff. I have yet to have any issues while living here. My maintenance request were always taken care of ins a timely manner, the most recent request was handled the same day. The new property manager took care of an issue i had with an extra charge on my rent. I was charged for not having renter's insurance. She was able to verify my info in the system and remove the charge. I am enjoying my apartment and the upgrades that were done earlier in the year. My building does have limited parking, but that rarely conflicts with my schedule. All-in-all, I can say that I'm pleased with stay here."
