"Don’t move there. I lived here for six years when I moved out immediately after finding a rat in toilet, the maintenance tech came immediately and removed the rat from the toilet. However, I still can’t sleep at night"
"I don’t recommend anyone to live in Sumter Sqoure, the staff are very rude I use is to live three years I have a problem with the high water bills 250$ they rub my car 4 times they stole some change in my car many times they stole bicycle for my daughter when I left, they charge me for the carpet They charge me for every single things even if you have any just small hole in the wall there is a lot off mouses and Roaches every where . Don’t move go to some where els ."

"Love it here just needs more storage and building needs to be remodeled. The neighbors upstairs is annoying. I have told management but nothing has been done. Also I feel what we pay monthly there should be laundry area in the apartments instead of the laundry being in the kitchen"
