"i lived here for 2 years with three of my friends and loved it!! super clean and nice inside, plus i got lucky and got the biggest room out of the four. maintenance was kind of slow sometimes and sometimes the visitor spots would run out but i never had issues with parking as a resident. we had an amazing view of the sunset every night from the balcony too! definitely a great part of my college experience."

"Best apartment complex ever! Apartments are nice and spacious and staff is incredible. Maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner and they are super nice/personable! Renewing my lease for next year already!"

"The place itself is nice I’ll give them that. A good community and spacious rooms. However, good luck with maintenance requests. Their team doesn’t seem to care to actually fix your problems. Our dishwasher doesn’t dry our dishes and none of our neighbors have this issue. Maintenance came and told us it was a user issue and then left so we ran it again and surprisingly enough the issue was still not fixed. We put in another request and 1820 called us saying that the dishwasher “isn’t really meant to dry your dishes” (our dishwasher literally has a button that says heated dry…) and “I guess I can send maintenance back to check it out if you want”. Maintenance came back for a total of 3 minutes and just ran our dishwasher and left and marked the work order as complete. Overall, as long as you get an apartment with working appliances you’ll be fine!"

"New, affordable student apartments. Great location. Handicap-access apartments, washer/dryers, right off Centennial campus and I-40. These are pics of the single story apartments, but the remainder of the property consists of 3-story buildings.The office does a great job communicating with the students/renters via email."
