"I have been a resident here since 11/23, and my experience has been Amazing..It is quiet, my neighbors are great and the community somehow feels like family..Now as for the office staff Ms. Cindy you Rock!! You have gone far and beyond to make my application and move-in process stress free..If you are looking for an nice affordable, place with a great variety of store near by..Look no further and make Six Fork Station home.."

"Maintenance.....5 stars! My heat went berserk on Sunday night. Gian stopped by THE NEXT DAY to check things out . Also, Ivan, came. I believe that he is the maintenence supervisor. He said the heating unit was broken. They brought over a portable heater to help keep me warm in the apartment. Marissa (?) also came. They all were kind and helpful and good natured. Gian is from Ecuador, I believe and the woman who accompanied him is also from South America. Great service all around. And (drumroll) Gian emailed me that things would be fixed tomorrow!!!! Thoughtful and courteous service!!!! Thanks!"

"Submitting this review because I was asked to via text after our scheduled tour. We decided we won’t be leasing with this complex due to the experience we had with the leasing staff. Although we had a scheduled appointment, the lady in the office was very unprepared for our arrival. We weren’t greeted upon getting there which is always distasteful and she seemed hesitant to let us tour which was odd considering we had scheduled a tour in advance. The one floor plan we did view of the six we shared in advance that we were interested in, was still being worked on. The leasing agent wasn’t even sure which floor plan it was that we were touring or of its square footage. Extremely unorganized."

"I can sadly say that this apartment complex is one of the worst I have lived in. The water bill in the units are running $750-1500 per month. More than the rent. Management doesn’t care about returning the call to have a license plumber to come out. The city has come every month and says it’s a leak on the property. I ask to be moved to a different unit and I get brushed off. The property is still renting to new rents everyday.If you are looking for a nice place and comfort, do not look here. It’s awful here."

"This place is awful. Trash everywhere. Drug dealers all around you. I found syringes outside.This place is not safe. Someone that lives here just got arrested for selling H. They don’t answer emails or calls. Apartments falling apart. Pool doesn’t open. So basically there is not a pool here. A lot of people here have dogs they leave tied up or in tiny cages on their porches it’s so cruel. They cry all day & night. One of them the dogs have been like that for 3 days straight. All of this has been reported to management but they don’t care."
