"I moved into Repoint as soon as I could live off of campus and I'll be staying here until I graduate. I truly love it here. The amenities (ALL of them- pool, gym, study space, coffee bar, home theatre, dog park, and even the maintenance team) are nice and maintained wonderfully. The staff has always been kind to me and more than willing to help me solve any issues I may have. The kind of people who live here remind me of home. Everyone says hi to one another, everyone is nice, and we all have a great time coming together. I've made lifelong friends here. The office always has some sort of pick-me-up (snacks or a coffee truck, etc.) to encourage through the semester. I've talked to friends living right beside campus and their place isn't nearly as nice and they're paying 100s of more dollars. I reccomend Redpoint Raleigh to anyone who asks!!"

"This is my fourth year living here and it gets worse every year. It is way too expensive for what it offers. The office staff are very friendly, but the company that owns it is only worried about making money. It is not a management problem, it is a corporate problem. There have been constant vehicle break-ins and stolen vehicles over the past 2 years. I understand that bad people are everywhere and you can’t always prevent it from happening. However, Redpoint (or scion) has failed to improve security measures and has attempted to do little to nothing to help the situation. They don’t even have a SINGLE working camera… for the past two YEARS. It is not a safe environment for young girls and I do not recommend. Your items will get stolen."

"Honestly the apartment itself is great. Lots of space and maintenance is great. This is my second year here and this year has been terrible. Rates continue to increase and all they are worried about is money. There is ZERO security cameras to keep you and your belongings safe here. There have been multiple break ins and cars STOLEN this year and nothing is done about it. No cameras or security plans have been put in place or updated yet we pay a thousand dollars a month. The damage rates are also insane. We got charges $88 for a plastic refrigerator drawer that we didn’t even break. This is classic wear and tear of plastic products. The drawer is $30 on Amazon. Not the only problem with outrageous charges we’ve had. This is not necessarily the on site managers problems but more of a corporate problem. Again money hungry."
