"I moved into Regency Place about a month ago, and I absolutely love it here! I was out touring another apartment that was in the area and decided last minute to check this place out, and when I found how how affordable and nice these apartments were I decided to move in. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Right before moving in I had some personal issues, and Patricia was right there to help me adjust my move in date and lease with no issues/extra fees/complaints. Since moving in, I have popped into the office to ask questions, and the staff help me pretty much instantly, which is unlike most apartment complexes. Having great staff is a huge plus, but the complex is also very quiet and safe. The pool and clubhouse are just as pretty and nice as the apartment units. I haven't had any issues with parking or pest, like other apartments around Ralieigh. My neighbors are also beyond friendly, and always say hi when I pass by, and the walls are thick, so I never hear my neighbors. I am on the second floor also, and I never hear my neighbor above me walking, so that's another huge plus. The location of this apartment is really nice too because within 10 minutes you can be downtown Raleigh, and within ~5 minutes you can be downtown Cary. You're also about a minute from interstate 40. I am very happy that I decided to move in to Regency Place Apartments"
"Regency place has a pest infestation , your rent is one price but you will be charged more when its time for rent. The maintenance is lazy except harry ! They still will come late or days out . They terminated a number of african americans leases because of undocumented noise ! they have been sued , houses have caught on fire , when its summer time they micro manage you at the pool and will escort all extra guest ! Apartments have constant leaks , pest and are very small. Your paying way more for what you ACTUAL get. They have a pending lawsuit as of this moment !"
"I lived here for a short time but I wish I was still there. The staff is extremely friendly, maintenance was always timely and fit to your schedule while also making personal connections as well. The amenities were amazing. The neighbors were friendly and felt like extended family. Marc especially in the office was one of the best office staff I met. He is compassionate, personally checks in, and strives to make a personal connection with everyone who lives in the community. He does everything in his power to ensure everyone, especially kids, are safe. If you are looking into leasing here, this is no doubt one of the best places to live in Raleigh! The location is great, the apartments are modern at a great price, and the parking is great as well."
"The management staff is very friendly and inviting. The community is family and pet friendly. No issues with neighbors. Downtown Raleigh is a 10-15 minute drive, depending on traffic. Most things are 10-15 minutes away since its close to the highway. The whole community is maintained very nicely, clean and has curb appeal. The main building also has a washer/dryer if you decide you don't want to rent one. They have valet trash and a trash bin on site. Nice and safe walking areas around as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable apartment in Raleigh."
"I don’t live here. I’m currently looking for an apartment, however, and my first question is if an apartment complex accommodates electric vehicles or if they will allow for the installing of one. The guy in the front office was awesome; he was friendly and honest. Just within the 5 minutes of interaction with him, I felt he was being real and he didn’t waste my time, recommended where to look in the area. The whole place has a cute vibe. It’s a small complex. They don’t accommodate electric vehicles so that’s a bummer, because just with the interaction with the guy in the leasing office, I’d be very happy to check it out if they did. Unfortunately it was a deal breaker."
