"I have lived at Madison Hunters Glen for almost 2 years. I love it here. The landlord name is Jennifer. She is amazing. She does a great job at what she does. Whenever I have an issue or concern, she is always there to answer any questions i may have and explain everything to me in a way I understand. Jennifer handles everything in a timely manner. Also, the two maintaince men are great. Whenever, I put in a work order, they are always at my house within less than 2 hours. They always fixed my work order issues. Also, the community is safe and quiet. I have been with this community for almost 2 years, and I recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. You won't regret it."
"I have lived in my apartment since the summer of 2021. During the spring and summer time, my apartment gets infested with fruit flies. Every time I submitted a request, the issues was not resolved. I suspect there is a bad seal in the apartment that they don't know how to fix. Eventually I had to take matters into my own hands and create a remedy of my own by going out and purchasing white vinegar, juice, and dish soap. This solved about 80% of the flies, but they still were all over my apartment. I've also had no less than 3 different floods in my apartment. The first issue occurred during the first week of me moving in and it involved water coming in from my ceiling in my bathroom due to my upstairs neighbor taking a shower. The second and third issues were the same issues but they were about a year apart. Basically- my apartment is the last on the block when it comes to the water pipes and someone in my building did something to mess it up and it causes a backup that flushed water up and into my pipes. This causes water to over flow in my sink and out of my laundry machine despite neither one being used. As you can imagine, sink water has a rancid smell that comes alone with it and caused the whole apartment to stink for multiple days. I am still currently dealing with the repercussions of the most recent incident that happened on January 7th 2024- it is currently January 9th 2024- and my floors are still wet and about 60% of my living space cannot be used. After raising my concerns that this is the 3rd time I've had issues with flooding in my apartment and asking what solutions can be done to rectify their problems, I was basically told that the only things to do involve me spending more of my own money. "Well you have renters insurance, so if anything breaks just call them" "Floods happen. We can't guarantee that it won't happen again" "If you want to switch apartments, it's going to cost you $500 for us to switch you and you're going to have to do a background check again and your rent is going to increase to the price of the new going rates which is $300 more than what you're currently paying, and we can't promise that your new apartment won't flood again" "If you want to break your current lease, it's going to cost you $1,200 and you need to give us a 60 day notice" So I said fine, and asked when my lease expires. I was told July, and told them don't expect me to renew my lease. I was told that the property manager would be contacted to see if they can do anything else for me. I would have thought that at the minimum, I would be transferred for free and my lease would be discounted for the days my apartment is being fixed if not an entirely free month for the inconvenience. But alas, it seems that none of these things are going to happen."
"Love living here! Our apartment is great and we are glad we moved in here. I recommend Madison Hunters Glen! The only reason we gave it 4/5 stars is because the community spaces are ALWAYS lowkey dirty. In particular there's always trash littered around the pool, walking spaces, and the mailroom always looks like a tornado came through. It's also a little difficult to get into contact with the management. Other than those surface level things we've been very happy living in the Madison Hunters Glen community."
"Jen is absolutely incredible! She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The grounds are well kept and the swimming pool is clean. I do not live here but I am considering moving here given the location and value and positive reviews from tenants I know who used to live at Madison Hunters Glen."
"I have lived in 3 different apartments in this complex. I have loved each experience living here. The complex really takes care to keep the place looking nice. I like how it is able to keep a more nature focused look with the amount of trees. There is also nice porch sizes with the apartments. In addition to that, they are pet friendly and extremely quick to responding to maintenance orders."
