"Overall everything has been good. The office staff has been super helpful. Had a few issues with maintenance at move in but they are working on getting them all taken care of. They were very quick to respond to my requests and all my questions so far. The only thing I would suggest is a little bit more communication from maintenance if they need to return to complete a task. I would definitely recommend this community to someone looking for a nice, affordable, convenient place to live."
"unhappy, left a few messages for a call back no one talk about some issues, email for a call back nothing there is no one in this place to talk if you have issue. is frustrating. not happy since day one... they are only helpful when you are moving in after that they don't know you or care about you!!... I can't wait to leave this place!! here a picture of a roach in my kitchen they have come to spray numerous times and still seen them... I'm scared to leave any kind of food on my stove or counter!! no one cares about anyone in this place!! regret moving in this place."
"Chardonei and Von were amazing to work with. They were professional, friendly, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I found a unit that was within my budget and it was pretty much smooth sailing from there. Any questions I had they answered and were patient with me. Great people. Only issue Ive had is a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom on the first night but Im putting a work order to get it fixed."
"The manager of this property is predatory and she’s a liar. I signed a lease with the move in date of Nov 3. After I was toured the apartment I was told the special for my unit is $1190/ month for 11 months. At the time there were two units available for viewing. The apt on the first floor was supposedly $1242/month for 12 month lease. I opted for the lesser rent primarily because of the washer and dryer. Fast forward to my first rent payment my total is $1504. I was then told the $1190 was a prorated rent for November. At no time during my signing was I told that 1190 rent was only for one month. In fact I was explicitly told this was the monthly rent. This is a disgustingly immoral thing to do during this time of financial crises. I had my budget and at not time would I have accepted such a high rent outside of my budget. I worked hard to keep my rental history clean. This is a deplorable agency with deplorable employees."
"Rent Too High for Amenities Provided I lived at The Parke at Trinity Apartments for one year and was disappointed with the value for the rent. The amenities were mostly unavailable and had been for the greater part of my stay. The water pressure was lackluster, the kitchen appliances were outdated, and in-unit laundry costs an extra $150-200 per month. There is a laundry room but the washers and dryers are old/subpar, leaving clothing still dirty/soapy at times. The maintenance staff was very helpful and did their best to get the jobs done. The rental staff were okay in general, but I never actually met the community director. I had to speak with the assistant on a few occasions and was disappointed with nonchalance and lack of action in their responses. I also had $210 of my security deposit withheld for cleaning of my bathroom and bedroom carpet and extra primer. I included pictures of each room as I left them, but the company still kept the money. Overall, I would not recommend The Parke at Trinity Apartments to anyone. The rent is too high for the amenities provided. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more affordable and well-maintained apartment. Rating: 2 out of 5 stars Pros: Maintenance staff was helpful Rental staff was okay Cons: Rent too high for amenities provided Amenities mostly unavailable Water pressure disappointing Kitchen appliances outdated Laundry in apartment costs extra Laundry room washer and dryers subpar Security deposit withheld for cleaning"
