"Nice apartments, but likely will not be for long. The interior is essentially unmaintained. Garbage is left for days at a time. Delivery personnel fail to use the locker, and packages are left anywhere from the front door of the building to outside by other residents doors. No parking spaces in front of the building so people will park so far apart that 3 cars could fit between them, and Alm street is used as a shortcut through the area, so forget opening your window during the day unless you want to hear constant honking, and constant diesel trucks passing through from the nearby industrial park."
