"Upon stepping into Ashley Park Apartments, I was immediately struck by its modern aesthetic and inviting atmosphere. Though I was unfortunately denied due to not meeting the financial requirements, my encounter with Mel, one of the leasing agents, left a lasting impression. Despite the setback, Mel went above and beyond to assist me throughout the application process. His professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for my situation were evident as he navigated every avenue to help me secure a place in this desirable community. As we toured the property, Mel highlighted the numerous amenities available to residents, from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the serene courtyard. The apartments themselves boast spacious layouts, modern appliances, and ample natural light, providing a comfortable and stylish living space. The location of Ashley Park Apartments is another standout feature, conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and public transportation options. Whether it's exploring the vibrant neighborhood or simply enjoying the tranquility of the grounds, there's no shortage of opportunities for relaxation and recreation. While my initial application may not have been successful, my experience with Mel and the overall appeal of Ashley Park Apartments have left me hopeful for future opportunities to call this place home. I look forward to the possibility of renting here and experiencing all that this exceptional community has to offer."

"I've had a great experience here at Ashley Park! The staff are very friendly and understanding. The convenience of the area, spacious floor plans and reasonable rental rates are just a few of the things that make this place stand out. The monthly resident events are a nice touch as well. Mel (in the leasing office) is the best!"

"Well, I have been living in Ashley Park Apartments for more than a year. As of right now I do not have any negativity to say about them it is all positive. Want to give thanks to the people in the office especially Mr. Mel because every time I go into the office with any questions or concern, he is always available to help you with open arms and very informant and straight through."

"I love it here! My loft feels like a bachelor pad! Probably because it is lol. Kayden was my leasing agent and he was very honest and helpful for me. Honestly, everyone in the office has a contagiously happy attitude. I love that. Anytime I need help, it’s simply a phone call away. Also a plus that most of them live here on the property. Must be a good sign if they want to live where they work."

"Beware of this place it’s not safe cars are constantly broken into continuously for MONTHS ! Cameras at the gate do not work & the gate is consistently broken. Beware cars are constantly having busted windows and they do not care about your safety this place used to be a great place to live and convenient. Not worth the headache or the cost $1925 per month for a 2 bedroom with loft to have cars damaged 3 months in a row specially if you have kids go somewhere else.
