"We have lived here for a year and a half and have mixed feelings about Willow Bend. The community is great and the property manager Duran, is extremely helpful. He has taken the time to get to know the tenants personally and it is obvious he cares about the tenants and their families. He is very easy to reach when issues arise and is accommodating. He has also taken much necessary steps to getting the apartment various amenities, such as a covered gazebo with a public BBQ grill. I know there was talk of a fitness center being built but I guess that is still in progress. Maintenance is iffy- for a while, there was no one coming out to fix any submitted requests, but I understand much of that was due to the property being under new management. James, who is currently in charge of maintenance is personable and does his best to keep the complex running but it seems he is run thin and needs more assistance to respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Management should take that into consideration. Overall we have been happy, despite the rising rental costs. I do not think we would have signed the lease for a second year if it weren't for Duran being the property manager. He has done a lot to make Willow Bend a more comfortable living community, and we are glad he convinced us to stay another year."
