"The owner, Beatriz Porras, represented that she could not only do the home cleaning, but that she had subcontractors for gutter cleaning, window washing, pressure cleaning and landscaping. She brough Philip Gee to the job and introduced him as her husband, though he referred to her as his girlfriend in subsequent texts. We contracted for Sparkling Cleaning to do the window washing and interior cleaning and for her "sub-contractor", Philip Gee to do the other jobs since they both guaranteed that they could have the work completed in a week's time. He provided a detailed estimate that included $2535 for labor and $3090 for labor for a total of $5625. Breatriz Porras charged $1350 for the cleaning and window cleaning. They both started right away and in the rain. We paid $2250 for the purchase of materials on June 16 and later $1500 for labor after the first 5 days of work on 6/23. It has been 2 weeks and Mr. Gee has failed to return to complete the construction of the retaining wall and remove the trees and limbs he committed to. Affordable cleaning stated that the windows would be cleaned on the outside after the pressure washing was complete, but this was not done satisfactorily, if at all....the windows are streaked. Sparkling Clean was the company that represented the work and brought the subcontractor as an extension of her business services. She owes us $1750 for materials that were paid for and never purchased, delivered and installed on the property, $130 for labor paid for and never completed the work and $200 for having to hire another vendor to clean windows. Philip Gee also filled the dumpster we were using to clean out the house to overfill with yard debris at a cost to us of over 100 lbs overweight ($325). He represented he has his own trailer and would haul aware all debris. He removed items we had in the dumpster and threw them to the side of the house. Failure to repay for these services will result in further action with the BBB, Thumbtack, NC Department of consumer affairs, et. al."

"This company came through for me in a big way. The day before my house was supposed to go up on the market to be sold, the other cleaning service company I hired for the job tried to increase the price on me and then didn't show up on time. I called Sparkling Clean Janitorial Services at 2pm that same day and they were at my house by 4pm that day to do the cleaning. They stayed until 9pm cleaning my house and getting it perfect for the list day. They also charged me a very reasonable price, which was better than the other cleaning service's fee. I couldn't be happier with the outcome or more grateful to Sparkling Clean Janitorial Services for bailing me out of my predicament in a big way.
