"OMG I did a review 2weeks ago about the office staff how they helped me on my transition, But I forgot to give a big shoutout to the Maintenance Department. Mr. Wayne and Mr. Troy who have been there with me through it all. Moving from one side of the apartment complex to anther unit. Making sure everything was ready .It was soooo hard and Wayne and Troy had smiles on their faces each time I saw them making the change for me Welcoming. Thank you Mr. Wayne/ Mr. Troy for all you do."

"My experience has been wonderful I have been living at Magnolia Point for 3 years. When Teresa and Daisy came aboard they made life in my journey easier transferring from one unit to another was a blessing so grateful to have Miss Teresa and Miss Daisy on the team."

"UPDATED 10/2023 Do not rent here!!! I have lived here since Feb 2016. Management cares NOTHING about cleanliness, safety or maintaining the apartments. (Photos uploaded 10/2023) My rent is paid early every month and I rarely put in maintenance requests but the ones I have put in have rarely been completed because management won’t approve them. I live on the 3rd floor. Our AC has gone out every year. In 2020, my kids and I, stuck in the apartment because of the Coronavirus, went the entire month of July with no AC!! I teach and am a single parent so moving is an expense I’ve been trying to avoid but I can’t continue to live here. On top of poorly maintained units, the residents allowed to move in now have resulted in gunshots being fired and even a 19 yr old kid being killed in the courtyard near the playground behind my building. The trash receptacle is often overflowing onto the sidewalk. There is trash on the stairs, in the parking lot, around the buildings… It’s horrible here. Management comes to these reviews asking you to contact them and when you try, they don’t answer and don’t return calls. Take your money and go elsewhere. UPDATE: It has not gotten ANY better. When I moved out here, they at least used to be friendly in the office. The reviews claiming this place is nice must come from people that are used to living in places where the kids are unsupervised and disrespectful, people smoke marijuana all day and night and management is largely absent or unhelpful."

"The Staff team Teresa and Daise are both the best staff team you could ever ask for. They are the best at being knowledgeable, kind and very respectful. This makes my stay very pleasant. I would recommend my family and friends to relocate here."
