Main Street Square

"2023 Revision: Now that I have moved out of Main Street Square apartments, I am revising my review and decreasing from five starts to three stars. The turnover in apartment management over our three years of living there was extremely high. All things considered, the apartments are fine. However, the apartment management is what is lacking. Example - upon moving out and fully closing out our account to a zero balance, we received a notice from a debt collector that the apartment was trying to collect a debt we owed them. I never heard from the apartment about any amounts owed. Luckily I stay on top of our expenses and was able to prove we paid the exact amount we were sent to the debt collector for. All this to say, be careful and make sure you are tracking your expenses. If I had to live in an apartment again, I would stay away from those managed by Hawthorne. Original Post: 2021 We have lived at Main Street Square for almost a year and have loved our experience here! The entire staff is friendly and so helpful. The location is great too - close to TWO coffee shops, Tapline Growler, boutique shops, a nail salon, and more. Within walking distance to downtown, Sugg Farm, Womble Park, and Bass Lake! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone moving to the area!"

"Very friendly and staff is great and welcoming. A lot of amenities in the area as well as walkable to all shops and downtown Holly Springs. Huge pool and nice fitness room compliment the complex and access to a trail to walk for a few miles in the woods to Bass Lake."

"The addition of the new property managers, Kim and Tiffany, has been such a welcomed change. They are attentive, professional and patient as they navigate the needs of an aging property. The resident events they have held are great and I am looking forward to more! Joe and David on the maintenance team are super responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. No rental complex is perfect, but this team is sure doing what they can to make this a great home!"

"I’ve lived at Main Street for a year and a half now and this has been my favorite complex I’ve ever lived at. Kim and Tiffany are the best and most down to earth leasing managers I’ve ever dealt with. Joe, the head of maintenance goes above and beyond and always does quality work. You will not find a better place to live in Holly Springs!"

"We just moved into our new apartment at Mainstreet Square. We love the layout and size of our new two bedroom apartment. It is in a great location. The office staff have always been super helpful and courteous. Edit on 4/21/22 Just wanted to update after living here for 8 months now. We have had some issues with our AC not working off and on, thankfully my husband is crafty and found a work around. Our energy bills are also quite high for a small 2 bedroom apartment. But the apartment itself has been good and we don't hear much of our neighbors and everyone has always been super nice."
