Holiday Inn Express Holly Springs - Raleigh Area, an IHG Hotel

"If you are a business owner, DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT book corporate rate rooms here. If you are a person with a credit card, DO NOT reserve a room here. We reserved rooms for employees from out of town. They stayed a week. All charges were paid for at checkout. Now, they won't stop charging our company credit card!!! GM claimed that our employee checked in last Sunday, when he was back in South Carolina getting our company vehicle fixed! How can the employee be in two places at the same time??? General manager further claimed our employees were occupying 3 rooms in their hotel this week and when confronted in person last Monday, he went to go check and BOOM. Empty rooms. Duh. Our employees didn't even arrive in town until Monday afternoon and we housed them in a different hotel. HOW CAN YOU BE A GM AND NOT KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AT YOUR HOTEL??? Even AFTER the GM said he would take care of the mistake, our card was charged AGAIN multiple times. The previous charges still haven't been reversed. There are currently 18 FRAUDULENT charges on the credit card from this hotel. STAY AWAY!!!"

"New: last visit not so great. No lightbulb in one of the lamps, I asked and they never replaced. No shower materials provided. Cleaning staff swearing in the hallways, irreverent to guests. Old: stay at this hotel several times a month and I love it. Staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are nice and always quiet. The star of the show is Jasmond! She has been very friendly in every interaction I've had and has gone above and beyond on several occasions. Here's my only knock. The hotel has 4 EV chargers (Clipper Creek models) but on each of my recent visits the stalls have been blocked by trucks and other non-EV vehicles. I would really appreciate some more proactive measures to make sure I don't end up with a dead car after a long drive. Signage would be awesome."

"Rooms are not clean @ Holiday Inn Express Holly Springs. In a construction zone. Breakfast staff could be improved. Should improve overnight security. Felt unsafe to park in front of the hotel."

"Hot water didn’t work for our 3 day stay. It ranged from lukewarm to very cold. Speaking to other patrons and others in our party, it was an issue throughout the hotel. Staff kept saying they knew it was an issue and were working on it but they couldn’t seem to fix it. Very chilly showers!!! Because of that, can’t stay here ever again. Despite that, very friendly and kind staff, especially front desk woman Jasmond. Edit/ Update: Owner responded that they would reach out to us for a concession for our stay. That would help, and we’re still waiting for someone to reach out - please do!"

"Brand new Holiday Inn Express with great amenities, modern design, and excellent location. The pool room was warm enough to enjoy the the pool even during a cold rainy day. Not being directly on a freeway creates a much quieter atmosphere."
