"Price- More on the expensive side than what its actually worth. You are paying more for location than what's truly available to you within the complex. Looks- Aesthetically pleasing apartments, looks great on the outside and the inside. Amenities are very well maintained and clean. Lawn areas are kept up with weekly. Parking- Plenty of parking for residents. Separation of buildings help with parking situation. Guest parking is somewhat odd and sporadic. Residents tend to park in guest parking making it difficult for guest to actually get a parking spot since towing is enforced. Maintenance- Very knowledgeable, works quickly and works effectively. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. You will not wait multiple days for a work order to be complete. Very personable and professional. Amenities- Although amenities are well maintained there are a few issues. If you are going to be a dog friendly community offer a designated area for people to allow their dogs to play and be out. Dog parks are very easy and not overly expensive to add/ maintain. Secondly, A Billiards room is offered along with a computer area for residents however those amenities close before the sun goes down. For people like myself who works night shift it ended up being a pointless amenity. Lastly the pool closes sometime between 7:30/8:00 during the summer. The sun is still out yet the pool closes. Gym is 24/7. Parcel locker system, Awesome! Management- There are three primary ladies who works upfront. I feel bad because I am terrible with names so ill explain the best I can. When you walk into the office there are two desks. The young lady at the left desk is the one you’ll want to speak too. She has a smile that’ll brighten the darkest of rooms. She is very understanding, delightful, knowledgeable and can work with you and will email you back very quickly. The lady on the right although very nice and will try but misses the mark when it comes to anything related to her job. Sadly, she will not be able the simplest of questions. You are better off getting a straight answer out of a rainbow. Community manager- Missy/Misty, again bad with names so many apologies. Can communicate effectively however is done unwillingly. Unfortunately, she possesses an obvious prejudice and was noticed very early on within the lease. Before I moved into the community, I was told from a former resident not to move into the community for that reason. I decided to disregard the comment because id rather judge character on my own. It didn’t take me long to find out it was nothing short of the truth. You will notice blatant difference on how she will interact with people outside of her preferred people(s). Hopefully that statement makes sense. Plumbing- This might sound a little silly and petty but ill say it could have just been my unit however I ran into a consistent plumbing issue particular with toilets. The number of times the toilet clogged just from urination was astonishing. My toilets were worked on a multitude of times."
"This place is a dump--literally! They will not tell you when you move in, but the apartment complex is built right next to the wake county dump. So especially in the summer, expect to be woken up by the smell of trash--a whole county's worth. If that is not enough to deter you, consider that they will nickle and dime you at the time of move out-- they will present you a long list of any possible damage/wear and tear that they did not mention upon move in-- petty things like if you forgot something in a drawer. We were charged for carpet clean up, not because there were stains, but because in the trafficked areas, the carpet did not look clean (note the carpet is also vey cheap quality, so keeping it clean is not easy). Shouldn't cleaning the place before passing it on to the next customer be the responsibility of the management company? instead they pass on the cost to the customer (again, not for damage, but for simple every day living). Also, we were on a month-to-month lease for a long time (that was our mistake- and the price was just outrageous). We did it for the convenience of being able to get out of the lease on short notice, but their contract does not let you get out from one month to the next; instead they will charge you a whole extra month because they expect 30 day prior notice --and by a specified date. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I am not one to leave reviews, but for this one, I felt like I needed to. On a positive note, nice small gym and very responsive maintenance staff."
"Would give 0 starts if possible. Moved in summer of 2020 when the property was owned by another management. It was amazing, the staff, the property manager, everything. Once the property was bought out by this new management everything went downhill. Management is super rude and deceitful. All the good (4-5 star) reviews are from the previous management..don’t be fooled!"
"Heidi and the team are the best of the best. Apartment complex is convenient to everything. Including target and o2 fitness. Very clean and friendly feeling from neighbors and maintenance. Ask for Heidi when you stop by."
"I have lived here for 3 years now. The new owners and especially Cat have been nice and easy to work. They have a great exercise area and pool. The maintenance team led by Brian is outstanding."
