"My husband and I lived there for 14 months in a 2 room 1 and 1/2 bathrooms we loved the space and the area everything was good except that there were a lot of cockroaches we notified it to the office, but they didn’t pay attention to us if it wasn’t for the cockroaches we would renew our contract with them I would recommend to future residents to make sure they show you the unit where you’re going to live to make sure There’s not cockroaches before moving"

"I have lived there for 5yrs now and I've have enjoyed my stay, my family live in a 3bd 2.5bth. Nice size rooms w/extra closet space, quite and peaceful and neighbors are friendly. The women in the front office are amazing, very easy going and just a joy to see every time with every interaction. I would recommend to anyone to live there as well, good location from schools, shopping centers and food. if you're looking for a great place to start living or just a new location give Emory Woods at RTP a try"

"I am a resident here at Emory Woods and I want to start off by saying that the staff here at Emory Woods is by far the greatest I have ever encountered. The property manager Carol Charles always ensures that my apartment is in great shape and she made the move in process as easy as possible. The assistant manager is also very easy to talk to and she always has a smile on her face which makes anyone's day better. The move in process was great. They ensured that the apartment was clean and there were no problems when I moved in. If I ever have an issue with my apartment they ensure that the issue is resolved as quick as possible. The building I live in is very quiet and the apartment is very spacious."
