Station 7 Apartments

"I lived here for three years. It's not "luxury condominium" ambience because that's not what you're paying for, but it's nice, it's spacious, and the community is caring. The management also really looks out for their tenants and doesn't nickel and dime them which is SO RARE. Here are some things they did that I respected: 1) All of their notices are in English and Spanish, 2) I think they gave me one or two chances on late rent, 3) they graciously pro rate your move out rent if you miss the 60-day notice window (other apartments would charge you a full extra month at the higher amount), 4) month to month is affordable here (just like $25 or $50 more), 5) when I was locked out at 2am, a man let me into my apartment for $20 and then they replaced my locks for free the next day (my brother was charged $400 for this in another apartment), 6) they aren't shady with security deposits-- I received the full amount back. I really respect the management team here. Sure common areas could be a little neater but that's a small detail when they look out for you in so many other ways."
