"Jerisha and Davidia (the only two office staff) have been cartoon levels of inept and are truly mustache twirling petty. It would be comical expect for the fact the are using their status as loow level slum lords to leach off their follow African Americans. (did inflation raise prices by 33% this year or did you pocket the difference?) Shame on Creekside and its faceless out of state owners. Using a basic human right as an investment opportunity? Despicable"
"Don't move here!! they allow ya car to be towed for $200. Cat smell everywhere. The worst roach infestation I have ever seen. Filthy inside when we moved in. Still waiting on a blind for the window for 3 months!! Paid for an exterminator and the roaches got worse!! Gave my son asthma office lady is nasty"
"I’ll start by saying I’ve been living in creekside for about 3 months now & ITS THE BEST. MS. DAVIDIA IS THE BEST. The goat to be exact. All requests immediately done. All maintenance issues always handled swiftly. Any issues i came across (& unfortunately they were a couple) they helped me. And Reassured all my concerns. And without a doubt made me feel no less than and made sure i was heard. My neighbors? Are literally amazing. They’re peaceful friendly and clean !! It truly doesn’t get better than Creekside even down their to prices. Guest parking is a hassle but it can truly be over looked. Wish the pool was open longer than 5:30 & it would definitely be 5 stars."
"Being thrown out with no reason. (So they can charge more for the apartment?) Paid rent faithfully for 8+ years. "Top notch" customer service is a lie. They don't answer questions by email, the front door stays locked with 2 people inside. You have to knock and maybe they'll answer and maybe not. Unless you pay online you have to stick your check in a dropbox. LOTS of tenants are unhappy. Gunshots fired right outside my door many nights. Rosa who replies to these reviews doesn't do anything but argue with you and not accept any responsibility for things that are wrong and takes the side of the staff. I contacted corporate and actually talked to someone I thought could help me. Lisa said she would talk to Regional VP before he left for a week and get back to me. 10 days later I had to call her and she said "It's on his desk in a stack of papers." Great. Thanks for the help. Customer service means being polite and considerate even if you don't like the customer. Office staff difficult, petty. They locked the door to the gym so I couldn't use it. They have applied my rent to another tenant's account and accused me of not paying, then didn't apologize for their mistake. They completely razed a beautiful large blooming tree right outside my porch, but only cut a few branches off other trees nearby. The sun and two large lights from the parking lot burn into my living room so bright now I have to keep my blinds closed day and night. No after hours emergency lockout service. Rude and confrontational or they ignore you. Emails to Corporate office not answered unless you know the "secret" email. You can't reach anyone by phone at Corporate.*one exception in 8 years. Notice the rating. I'm not the only one dissatisfied. If you move here, don't complain about anything."
"I live near Creekside Landing. DON'T move there, unless you want to walk a mile from your car to your apartment! The management only allows one car per household, and if you have more than one car it will be towed at your expense! Just drive down Sugarwood at night and you will see where residents are forced to park to protect their vehicles. I am stunned that the reviews on their site only posts positive remarks, when this is a huge problem! New residents have reported their cars also being towed, as the towing company is unaware of newly leased residence. Some residents have also reported damage to their vehicles as a result of being towed. It is lawful to two vehicles that are broken down or those with expired tags when a car is parked along side of any street. But, this is not the case for this apartment complex. They will tow away any car that does not meet their one car per resident rules, including those of people visiting, as reported by residents."
