"I have never experienced a community that lacks responsibility like this apartment complex! Maintenance requests are consistently ignored or mysteriously marked as completed without any actual work being done. When they do address the issues, it takes an as long as 6months, and they often end up causing more damage while refusing to fix what they've broken. The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you're okay with tolerating all of this, then this might be the perfect property for you. However, each time you voice your concerns, the office targets you by ignoring emails and neglecting requests. I strongly recommend considering other reviews before deciding, as spending a bit more on a more secure place seems like a much wiser choice. The way they conduct business really warrants an investigation! Please read the other reviews as well . You are better off spending a little more to live in a more secure community ."

"Great, sizeable townhomes! Although the top two floors are typically too hot to use in the summer because the ac units aren't working properly. If you're lucky, yours will break and your top floor will measure ar 101 degrees for more than two weeks as management does nothing other than tell you "you're on the list" for fixes. Also, beware that when you sign your lease you'll be unexpectedly roommate matched with hundreds of roaches that come in through gaps in the building. The pest control company is great, but when they tell you that there's no infestation and the true issue is the building, maintenance will tell you you're going to have to fix it yourself. The leasing agents will tell you it's you who brought the roaches in despite the fact that you have yet to move any of your things in. Such a luxurious living experience!"

"2022 EDIT: Once again my AC is not able to keep the house cool, and once again I have to take time and attention to follow up with the office. I submitted a request over two weeks ago and once again I had to convince the maintenance staff that the AC is not working properly (they were about to dismiss the problem). They were very cordial and agreed to have an AC technician out to do a proper check. Well, over two weeks later and no signs of the AC technician--the ticket in their maintenance system shows the work as "completed." No email, text, or phone call to update me on the status. With temperatures going up, the problem has only gotten worse. The house is super uncomfortable, especially in the evening. And, once again, I have to go in a put a new request (they simply closed the old one) and spend my time and energy following up with the office. I don't understand why I have to constantly follow up with them to get these kinds of things done; it Is beyond frustrating. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. The AC and Heat in this particular unit has failed at least twice a year and it has taken them over a month every time to get it to work again. Also, there was some termite damage last year to one of the baseboards in a restroom. No signs of termites anymore (woohoo!), but I've asked the office two times now to fix the rotten baseboard. They've dismissed my request twice. They changed the sign at the entrance of the community to read, "Luxury." Well, that is certainly a stretch. Nothing luxurious about sweating every afternoon/evening and having rotten baseboards. Yes. They have improved their response time for simple/small maintenance requests, but they still have a hard time taking some requests seriously. It is a shame, because otherwise, the place and general area are nice. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Nice townhomes. Convenient location. Nice, quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Rent is reasonable. Parking is adequate. Staff is very cordial. However, for any maintenance request, it takes them one to two weeks to send someone, and if you are not home to basically convince them (almost beg them) that they need to fix something, they'll just say that they didn't find a problem and dismiss the maintenance request. Sometimes, they just say, "I'll let the office know" and then forget about it. It is frustrating to have to waste time putting in several maintenance requests, having to follow up with them (instead of them updating tenants), and trying to grab their attention to try to get them to provide basic maintenance. It would be so nice if they took care of maintenance requests a bit faster, if they took them seriously, and if they communicated a bit with tenants."

"I have lived at Lenox West for ONLY 3 months and I have had well over 10-15 maintenance issues. A few of the rental office personnel are very unprofessional, communication is off and showed no empathy towards my concerns (Michael and another guy). Appliances are all outdated. Security system doesn’t work nor do they have someone to come out to fix it. Most recently my second bathroom ceiling started leaking. I have a big whole in my ceiling due to it. Outside of the aesthetics, community is real quite. They also do not have a model to show, so I didn’t see my actual unit until the day before I got my keys. I was informed that if i decided I didn’t like the unit I would only receive a portion of my deposit. Not what I was expecting when I moved in."

"My daughter and I have lived here for three years. I will be moving soon. The rent is going up, according to the staff it is due to the market prices rising. But I don't think most places account for single parent incomes. I have also never understood why landlords/mgmt companies raise the rent on tenants who pay on time, don't cause any trouble, etc. Wouldn't it be more cost effective to have steady reliable income coming in versus someone new/unpredictable? I enjoyed living here. The price it is now is too steep. Best of luck to the next tenant"
