"Wonderful apartment complex, very quiet and beautiful with lots of walking trails. Management was great during the 2 years we were there and very responsive to any maintenance requests we put in. I would live here forever if I was staying in Durham."

"I lived in a unit 621 for 5 years and surprised that the management team did not return my deposit money for a loyalty tenant like me and my family. We spent over 12 hours to clean the bath room, kitchen, toilet, laundry, carpet, etc. then after 30 days we receive a mail stated that our room is in very poor condition and they used all of our deposit money to pay for cleaning service. At this point, everything is a normal wear and tear condition, you expected 5 years condition to be brand new as I move in? Come on be nice and do not do greedy in business. If you send me a check of a few hundreds dollars for refund on deposit, that would make me feel I did not get treated as low level status in this country, USA. I feel the manager intended to discriminate my Asian race. I have seen many people left sofa, furniture, and bed when moving out at trash center area but during my time, the manager told me they will charge me money if I leave any furnitures item in that area and my point is where is a standard rule when you allowed other tenants left those items but not my family. I used to live in many apartments and when I move out I never have an issue. And most places refund me fully amount of my deposit. This is the first apartment in my living in USA that I got steal all of my deposit money and got a feeling of being discriminated from the new management team until I decided to move out. I hope they treat human equally and not prefer the WHITE over ASIAN."

"My wife and I have been at Woodstone since November '22. We have been here 5 months. We are very impressed with the property itself. Our apartment is well laid out and suites us very well. Beyond that, Croasdaile Farms does an outstanding job of maintaining the property. They have a huge staff that is always busy with all the exterior plantings and shrubs. Their maintenance staff is quick to come when you have any issue arise. Security is also one of the reasons we chose Woodstone. This property is highly recommended."

"I have lived here four years and love it. It is quiet, safe, and the residents are friendly. All ages of people live here. There are beautiful walking trails and three lakes in the neighborhood. Maintenance is prompt and I rarely had to call them. I will have to move away for a year but hope to rent here again when I come back!"

Living here means you will have no shortage of incredible sunsets and furry cow friends to see. Debbie and Sonia in the front office make sure everything is running smoothly and go above and beyond to show their residents that they care (hosting Resident Appreciation Breakfasts, etc). Can't imagine a better place to live in Durham!"
