"I paid for a full diagnostic and repairs worth $2450. Random lights came on after their "repair" so I asked Jim to look at the car because something wasn't right. Jim then blamed it on the age of the car and refused to answer questions with a clear response . He became extremely nasty shouting for us to leave because he "had customers" and began cursing at my family and I. I do not recommended this shop at all!!!"

"The lady on the phone lied about the diagnosis charge said she told me on the phone but my wife was standing right there when we called them out on it jim said oh well I was right there no you were not keep the money you needed it more than we did it's all because the warranty company said the parts were not covered so they figured well we need to get some money out of them"

"Absolutely outstanding quality of work and communication. They did a fantastic job on my 2004 F250 with the front-end alignment. I brought it to them on the pretext that I had installed new front suspension components and needed an alignment. They went above and beyond to properly diagnose my front solid axle being out of alignment in the right front. This was on the ball, as I had been involved in a front-end collision a few weeks prior, which was primarily in the right front. They were equipped to handle the job with ease, which involved using a frame puller to move everything back into place (and some new hardware). They did a great job at a fair price and clearly have strong integrity with their work. I highly recommend this place for any medium to heavy duty truck suspension needs. The truck drives straight and true now!"
