He is very honest, listened to my feedback, was prompt to call me when a car came in that was pretty much exactly what I wanted. Only downside to this dealership is that their prices are high and there is little room for negotiation. They are the only BMW dealership around and they know that so unless you are willing to travel or ship a car then they have the edge on that, especially since shipping a car or driving far for one might end up being timely and expensive so that it is likely just worth paying the extra."
