Spaghetti Warehouse Syracuse

"I entered Spaghetti Warehouse at around 4:45PM on a Friday night. We immediately got sat but the host was on her phone when we entered the building. Server took about 15 minutes to greet us, I ordered a sangria. She stated that there was only berry but then brought the white sangria over without confirming if I was ok with that. I still took it but we ordered an appetizer and never even got it after sitting there for 30 minutes. Tables were dirty all around us, service was horrible, tables were even seated for awhile without getting greeted. Server was nowhere to be found either. It being my first time going. I won’t be back."

"This place needs to get there act together…. Majority of the tables were dirty and the host and employees playing in their phone. Couple next to us were seated and never greeted by a server after 20min… I own full service restaurants and this is just embarrassing for the industry. I believe their rating isn’t lower because people don’t like writing reviews. We got up and left after the long period of awkwardness and horrible ambience!"

"The restaurant was pretty much empty with the exception of a large party and maybe 2 other tables of patrons. With all of the empty tables, we were seated right next to the large, very loud party. Nothing against the large party, they were just enjoying themselves, but you would have thought we would be seated somewhat further away. I could not even carry on a conversation with my dinner companion. After being seated, we (party of 2) waited and waited to be acknowledged. Other parties were seated after us and were immediately waited on. Waitresses appeared to look over at our table, but not one of them came over to us. After about 20 minutes of being totally ignored, we picked up and left. We told both hostesses why we were leaving. One gave a feeble “I’ m sorry”. The other hostess seemed to care, however. I cannot comment on the food because I never got to order any food and I wasn’t even offered a glass of water by either the hostess or anyone else. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone else."

"The food is good not great. I visited this place for lunch and the place was almost empty so it was really quiet. This an old building so dont be expecting nothing to fancy !!"

"Absolutely stunning. Will definitely be back again. Staff was great. Place was clean and the food was delicious.serving sizes are HUGE. Tons of stuff to look at inside. The stained glass beautiful"
