"I was a resident here for 5 years & I felt like I had no other option but to leave. This used to be a friendly & welcoming place to live. The old office staff loved drop-in visits when I'd stop by with my dog to pick up packages. Now the amazing Amanda you see in reviews is gone & the new management is just awful. We got an email back in March explaining the management change & that we should be expecting new mailroom updates, apartment renovations, & the pool to be closed for "restoration & construction." The pool was supposed to be closed for 6-8 weeks; it sat mostly untouched & was closed from March until July 4th weekend. The mailroom update was just the new management deciding not to keep our packages in the office & stopped notifying us to pick it up. They said it's "not in the lease agreement" & now everything is in the mailroom, on the floor, liable to damage & theft. I have photos of packages piled up & ripped open on the floor. They said they would install shelves & cameras, but so far all they've done is put a keypad on the door. They also placed a storage pod directly in front of my building, taking up the 2 closest parking spots to the door. It's apparently being used for the apartment renovations, but I haven't seen anything being worked on in months. My emails about possibly moving the storage pod to literally any other place in the huge parking lot have largely gone ignored & the only responses I have gotten back were basically tell me to deal with it. Then taped to my door I received a 30 day notice to move to a different building so they can renovate, or to leave the property entirely. Needless to say, I'm gone."
