"There are so many wonderful things to say about Haven at Birkdale Village. First, the staff and team are incredible! This is the what truly makes a difference. Maintenance is incredible and on top everything- all the time. Chassie, Amanda, and all of the amazingly kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful management team made my move in so easy and they care enough to check in with me and a cultivate a wonderfully welcome vibe. They care about every aspect of living here and it's evident by the high quality of service and support. Second, my townhome is gorgeous, it was impeccably cleaned before my move in, renovated, and it is truly luxury living. With security guards seen around the clock, I always feel safe. Third, this location is the best and the funniest place to live in Lake Norman Area and yes even the greater Charlotte Metro. Birkdale is lively and always a bustle with people, events, food, drinks, and overall a happy place to live. Big thanks and gratitude to this place and it's amazing team!"

"The Parcel Pending / Package Pickup could really be improved upon. I acknowledge that this is problem that persists due to the delivery services (Amazon & 3rd Party are probably the worst offenders). And I do know that the Leasing Team is working on ways to improve upon, as they have told me on several occasions, but just something to be aware of as a future resident. While this is a problem, I'd argue this isn't a reflection of the entire community, hence my rating (the community probably is a solid 4/5). The work that they've done on the community space, and green space has been a definite improvement! And I'll throw out that I genuinely feel that the new leasing team, Christine and Angela, do care about making a positive improvement."

"We lived at Birkdale for 5 months while we were waiting for our home to be built. From beginning to end Lauren and the rest of the team were amazing! They answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Throughout the time we lived there they were very respectful of our space when the apartment needed maintenance. Even when the completion of our home was delayed, they made it easy to request a month to month extension. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees."
