"I do have one update to this review. If you work from home, please keep in mind the constant landscaping and maintenance outside. The staff is AMAZING here, and the landscaping is gorgeous. If you walk around, it’s spotless! But that does come with a price because, during the day, there’s always something going on. painting, mowing, pressure washing, leaf blowing, etc., put a lot of attention into how the community looks. But it can be a bit disruptive to work during the week if you have conference calls. They have been “making over” the buildings since I moved in, and it’s limiting parking too. This is a temporary issue, and I do understand that. But just something to keep in mind for any other remote workers. We visited for a tour on Monday and loved it! It doesn’t feel like an apartment complex but instead a little neighborhood. You can tell the residents truly take care of their homes, and they were decorated with cute fall decorations. When walking around, people smiled and waved, which is the opposite of our current community! The lounge area is also beautiful with Starbucks coffee!! Wow. I also love that you are within walking distance of a cute little town and park. Perfect for our dogs! We applied as soon as we got home, and the process was so simple! I can't wait to move in."

"Horrible experience living here. Ryan the manager is a liar! He stated he performed an Ozone treatment before moving in, complete lie. The apartment smelled of smoke for the duration of my lease. My mother coughed and had lung issues because the walls were yellow and discolored, due to the smoke. She had to see a pulmonologist because of the smell! The carpets were never cleaned, which I had to pay out of pocket for. The carpets were old and upon move in that I was charged for replacing. The pictures he took regarding my move out inspection, WERE NOT MY CARPETS! I had to pay for replacing them, which I asked Ryan to do before move in and he REFUSED. I’m glad the new tenants have new carpets at my expense! Also, beware they do not hire a professional cleaning company when a tenant moves out. Ryan and James clean the apartments themselves. They walk around with a small bucket and swifter to clean. Beware and know that’s the level of professional cleaning your getting with your move in deposit. Neighbors were rude, nosy, and the appliances are extremely outdated. Worst rental experience ever! Needless to say that I have since relocated into a beautiful community and have respect from neighbors, property managers, new appliances, and cleanliness."

"We moved to Bexley just one month ago and we love the community and staff. This is our first experience of renting the apartment in the states and I was a little bit nervous abous this, however Ryan and James made our move in as easy as it could be. These guys are literally the friendliest and most professional team and it is a pleasure to deal with them. The location is wonderful and the community is very clean and well maintened. Although it's only one month we live here we really enjoy it."

"Recently toured this property and the staff REALLY rolled out the red carpet. Customer service from the leasing office was fantastic. "Bexley Davidson is such a great place to live. It’s a quiet and peaceful area and the front office staff is wonderful! It’s walking distance to downtown Davidson which is a huge plus! The amenities are lovely as well- the pool is well kept, the gym is always clean and not over crowded, there is a park across the street, dog friendly, and free coffee! I can’t say enough great things about this community!"
