"There's always a moisture problem that leads to mold. If you have the option to not do a security deposit, then take it. It'll save you some time and money. Better yet, just find somewhere else to rent. It'll be less of a headache."

"The worst apartment ever. There is mold everywhere. I stayed in the 911 building and had to get out of the due to the growing mold. After contacting the office they did completely nothing about it even took pictures and showed them look their mold everywhere. They said they would send someone out weeks go by nobody comes to address the issue. Avoid these apartments for the money they are charging mold should not be in every building. Lakeside apartments management doesn’t care about your health."

"Whatever you do avoid this property at all costs. Discovered black mold one month before the end of my lease agreement and reported to both management and facility maintenance. Maintenance did nothing to solve the issue, but they were all to happy to claim they did the work. Contacted management afterwards to address the further mold growth which maintenance claimed to resolve, and they refused to do anything. Now they are attempting to charge me another months rent after the lease agreement period has ended. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with these crooks."

"We are being fined for smoking even though we got no notice at all. We didn't know it was in lease. But it's okay. I have 30 years building experience and Have pictures of stairwell walkway caving in and a bathtub which we ask to be fixed on first lease and tub was never fixed. I told the maintenance man the floor was rotten under tub and sinking. They just retiled. Waste of money. I'll cost them 40, 000 on the way out. I know who to call."
