"I enjoyed my time at the Linden. The building is clean, management friendly and prompt to respond to request. The apartments are lovely with mine on the fourth floor! Sweet P my Chi Chi dog also loved the Linden and really got to know the local small businesses. I highly recommend the Linden!"

"I would give this place 6 stars if I could for the service we received. The leasing office is beautiful. We were greeted by everyone we came across. Josh is the best, answered every single question I had (which was a lot), and took the time to even show me the showrooms again when I couldn't decide on a floor plan. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, even the residents! So happy to be making the Linden my home. Update: Still give this place 5 stars after living here a year and a half. Great location, great neighbors. Extremely pet friendly so you will run into the occasional problem with that, however the leasing office can only do so much. So with that being said, don't live here if you don't like pets or noise of a busy street during the day. Josh and Kelsey are great and shouldn't have to deal with constant complaints because you chose to live in a busy area with lots of residents with animals."

"I've thoroughly enjoyed living at the Linden. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Josh and Kelsey are great. The maintenance team (Nick and Shameek) are also incredibly responsive and very nice guys. It does sometimes feel a bit like cheers where you keep seeing the same people and everyone knows your name. Overall a great place to live if you want somewhere clean and friendly."

"Have been here for two years and plan to stay at least one more.. The good things: Location is great. You are close to stores and the interstate. The area is much safer than neighboring areas. Maintenance is wonderful. There is an onsite maintenance man and he does a wonderful job. The staff is also very nice and do what they can to resolve issues as they come up. The pool is small but seems sufficient cool down on a hot day and plenty of room to sunbathe early in the day. The gym is also small but provides some basic equipment if you’d rather stay close and work out. The bad things: Parking is quite limited and you may find yourself unable to park near the building. (you can rent a covered space or two for an additional fee). The building is built in a way I can hear everyone around me; I hear the upstairs neighbor walk and move around his apartment (he is way better than the previous tenant who thought her apartment was a dance studio). Overall I am happy with my experience here. I consider the Linden home for now."
