"Tami, Devon, and the rest of the front office staff are amazing! They are easy to get in touch with and I am very impressed by how much they care for their residents. The maintenance team also does a wonderful job keeping the property looking beautiful and respodning to service requests. Great location too - in the heart of Wilmington. 10/10 recommend!"

"Filthy. Disgusting. Nasty office. No parking/$160 boot for the actual residents. As a parent of a college kid who resides here: AVOID THIS DUMP!! This place is a slum-lord run facility, zero care/concern of customer service for their renters. Not safe physically (drug users/homeless hang out on the premises) & detrimental to your health due to mold, filth, damp, poor maintained premises. They are overrun with mold everywhere & not clean!! The apartment refuses to deal with this & our kid + roommates have all had hacking coughs & been sick since living here for 6months. The move-in cleanliness was a joke- smelled wet & moldy. Pet hair all along the walls in the carpet. The place had barely been wiped down/disinfected for move-in day. There is no parking ever for friends or visiting family. On move-in day the apartment put a boot on our vehicle just trying to move our kid in on the first day!! $160 and a nasty man who refused to listen to the fact that we were actively moving in. The office didn’t attempt to straighten out or help- just behaved unprofessionally. Devon at the office appears nice at first & turns into the slums thereafter. The pool is disgusting & broken: no one can swim & they’re not attempting to fix this either. Pick anywhere else to live, anywhere - this place is not an option!! **Do Not be fooled by this false response from management- Devon is the only point of contact we’ve ever been able to get ahold of & service requests stating mold in the apartment on move-in day was never addressed & it’s now 6 months later. This place doesn’t even change HVAC filters either- they expect college kids to do this?! And no one ever told our kids to make sure they go buy filters…I’ve never heard of any rental not maintaining their own HVAC. I’m floored!!! This place should be shut down- it’s a health concern to say the least. The EPA is now being contacted."

"My wife and I have been residents here since 2016 and we are very happy with our overall experience throughout the years. We have lived in both phase 1 and 3. The apartments may not be brand new, but they are spacious and have plenty of closet space. Our balcony is larger than all the new fancy apartments in town. We have and use our wood burning fireplace. Great location. Staff here is so courteous and maintenance issues are resolved immediately."

"Devon in the front office and the maintenance men are the best things about clear run. Devon helped get us set up with moving into our new apartment and even answered any questions we had. The Maintenance men are also wonderful and have helped get our apartment squared away. Both of them have made living here great since day one."

"I lived here a while ago and I have to say that the office staff is incredibly helpful. I saw the other reviews and noticed that it seems like only angry people post however I am here to say that Devon is one of the best assistant property managers I have met. She helped me from the day I moved in to the day I moved out. Maintenance is incredible and ALWAYS got my work orders done the day of! The leasing staff is amazing and we’re always happy to help. The property manager Tami, is the nicest person I have ever met. If you are looking to live near UNCW, I highly recommend these apartments. plus they have screened in patios, how cool !!"
