"Overall, I have had a fantastic experience with Mill Creek! Their front office is communicative and welcoming. And their maintenance crew is great too! They keep the property working and looking presentable for all the residents. Absolutely recommend!"

"Went for a tour of this apartment complex and it is outdated and old. The first apartment I went into had no electricity and the floors and paint look like nobody has touched it years. Second apartment smelled like mold and mildew. Carpet stains all over from animals or who knows what. Definitely not going to be going back. Worse apartment complex not only in Wilmington but maybe entire NC. How do you expect anyone to live there for the monthly rate when the apartments have those conditions."

"I enjoy my new home. It is clean. Maintenance takes care of the property. They are timely and consistent with repairs. The staff are lovely and helpful. They take care of us. They do things to get the community to know one another like office breakfasts to go and Christmas Coffee Treat Bars. The pool is always clean, and the newly renovated gym is priceless. It is air-conditioned with great equipment, and the wallpaper of Wilmington is cool. It is not just an apartment complex. It is home and community."

"I’ve been here for almost 2 years and overall it has been a good experience! The office staff is super helpful! Ethan is always quick to respond to emails and address my concerns. I’ve never had a problem with maintenance coming out quickly and they leave a detailed report of what was done. Neighbors are friendly and look out for you. Downsides - The stairways are dirty with spiders/roaches and there is always trash outside and dog poop everywhere. The carpet is cheap and there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Safety is also a concern at night but that’s not surprising for the area."

"I lived at Mill Creek for several years and absolutely enjoyed my stay there. It did have some ups and downs when the company changed to new management, but you can really tell that they are trying their best to improve the property. The staff is wonderful in the office and Ethan and Tianna are a joy to work with. I highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting a welcoming and neighborly apartment complex."
