"We were so fortunate in finding this gem! The apartments are modern, spacious, and focused on community. We had food trucks, community parties, etc. Pets are allowed and it’s so fun meeting them all. I loved the neighbors too! And the folks at the leasing office. We were there only temporarily but we made friends easily here. Altho we were on an upper floor, I was impressed that each bldg had an ELEVATOR!! Don’t miss this place - well worth the rental price."

"I can’t say enough positive things about the Amberleigh Shores/Aberleigh South maintenance team, and their responses to my various maintenance concerns. I recently had a leak in my dishwasher and they responded right away to repair it. My storage door was broken into by the fire department (damaging the door) in order to shut off a smoke alarm. When I saw it, I panicked and thought someone had broken in! They eased my concerns and advised me that it was only the fire department and the door was restored and perfectly painted the next day. My stove broke the day before Thanksgiving, and I was in complete panic mode wondering how I was going to cook all this food! I had a brand new one, plugged in and ready to go within an hour. You can’t imagine what a relief that was to have their immediate response as I was hosting Thanksgiving dinner. The Amberleigh Shores/ Amberleigh South maintenance team is fast friendly, and very efficient. They are the best and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them! Thank you again!"

"The shores is wonderful from the the office staff who care, the pools and relaxing areas, the clubhouse’s, the activities they involve the community with. So hats off to them all but…………….Especially the Maintenance crew they journey from ground floor to top floor maintaining our homes whether they walk up and down 3 flights a day in some cases two to three times to insure everything works is commendable as well as their concern and care for us. I have had a few instances of their help since being here and they have succeeded in every problem I had. 10 stars to all who drive to make us feel at home. Bernie"

"The apartments are nice. The amenities are what make it- the pool is amazing, very resort style and is open all year. There are several grill areas with cable tv's, comfortable seating, sinks, ice maker and fridge. A nice size fire pit is outside. The club house is nice with a full kitchen, complimentary tea and coffee bar, pool table and fitness center. The complex offers valet trash service Sun-Thurs and there is a receptacle on sit as well."
