"This is the best apartment complex, hands down. I am from out of state, and had been looking all across the United States to find a peaceful and safe community for my family to reside for the next few years, and knew when I saw it online, that it was the complex for me. The area is always very well kept by caring groundsmen, not leaving a single detail behind. The finishes in each unit make it really feel like an home, and not just a builder grade rental, how most are. Its location is close to everything, but still tucked off, private, and surrounded by gorgeous forests. The amenities are top of the line, and the most I’ve ever seen a complex offer. They’ve got everything from a car wash, garages, refrigerated parcel spaces, elevators, fun hangout spots both inside and outside the clubhouse, on top of monthly fun activities for the residents to partake in! The photo attached shows the popcorn bar we had on national popcorn day! This place is so nice, my best friend and her family, who is also out of state, immediately got an apartment right down the hall after seeing it on FaceTime with me. And it goes beyond just what the complex itself has to offer. The wonderful people that work here make you feel right at home, and are quickly attentive to everything. I’ve had multiple problems in the past of leasing workers immediately profiling me, treating me badly, and rushing through everything as if they did not care for me as a person, but only a number to fill the units. This is not the case here. Everyone is welcome, and everyone is appreciated. Such a nice change of pace and honestly a relief to know that you are going to be taken care of as if you are family. Thank you to everyone at The Reserve who has made this experience so effortlessly enjoyable."
