"My wife and I stayed here for about 10 months and the experience was fantastic! The office was always pleasant and very efficient and polite in communication. The application process was upfront and simple; the exit process was equally so! The 2 maintenance requests we had were fulfilled same day which was really neat. It was nice having a complex ran with integrity and professionalism throughout and we would recommend this place to anyone!"

"Thank you for your response to my last review. I would like to say that some of what I said was done in frustration and apologize for that. I have lived here for 3 years and enjoy the apartment complex and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I understand that there are things that you must learn to live with when living in a apartment complex this big. The staff does do a good job in maintaining and taking care of people’s issues. The majority of the people who reside here are very nice and never had any problems with. That being said I probably would recommend this place to someone looking for an apartment. The apartments and complex is nice and in a great location, a short drive to anywhere in the area."

"My husband and I have lived here for just over 6 months and overall we have enjoyed our stay here. These aren't the newest apartments here at the beach, but the grounds are maintained nicely and since we have been here they have been undergoing extensive renovations (newly paved parking lot, new pool, and they will begin replacing the roof next week). Thankfully we haven't noticed a dampness issue in our apartment like other reviewers but the apartment does show some slight wear (a few dings in the appliances, a stain on the bathroom vanity from a hot tool,etc). This is to be expected since people have lived here before us. There have been two times in the last 6 months that someone caused an issue with noise, but otherwise it is generally quiet (at least in building 105). Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any issues we've had (and they are very friendly). The front office ladies are nice, I only ever see them if I need to pick up a package. Bottom line, I would recommend this complex. They are continually upgrading the complex and want it to be a nice place to live, and if you pay your rent on time and don't cause problems you won't hear from management. Also can't beat the location- you're pretty close to everything! I think for what we pay we are getting a great deal, and I'm sure rent will go up with the improvements they are making (if it hasn't already!)"
