"It's nice but Seniors live here and they complain too much of the noise from families. So families have to be quieter. It's not really technically family friendly. There isn't any playground for the kids. Don't know why the office would put a family of 3 children on the second floor and underneath live the seniors. I already got a warning. For being loud and I just moved in 5 days ago. Office said if I get 3 more written notices. They were gonna terminate my lease. Because they favor more the seniors than the families.."

"CT is a great place to live because the apartments are roomy, the grounds are old and kept, the maintenance team and office staff are always fantastic, and the location cannot be beat. For the most part it is a quiet community with long term renters here. The pet friendliness of the community is one BIG plus for me. I am very happy here and I think it is the best place in Wilmington!!!"

"I have lived in a 3-BR apartment here at Chateau Terrace for 13 years with my husband and 2 daughters. I love living here. The apartments are spacious and we have been able to have a garden in the back yard! The complex is pet friendly, which is perfect, as we have 2 senior rescue dogs. We have great neighbors; several who have lived here just as long as we have or longer. We have a workout center and a pool that is always well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly. Our maintenance staff is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They are prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The neighborhood is quiet, and well landscaped. Part of the property is out-skirted with trees so you feel like you are living in the country. The other half of the property backs up against the Country Club golf course."

"I have lived at Chateau Terrace approximately 12 years, having been here several times. I last came in 2013 and love this place. It is quiet, has well kept yards, staff - both office and maintenance - are quick to respond, efficient, and friendly. The rooms are large and have lots of storage. I wouldn't consider any other complex. Nothing but positives here!"
