"I can’t say enough about how much I love my home here. I looked at many places before I moved here in March 2022. The staff is so friendly and attentive. I think they love my puppy as much as I do. At least once a month they have an event for the residents. They offer so much as well from the huge and beautiful main area with a pool table, shuffle board, fireplace, computer room, gym, movie theater, the pool, fire pit, grills, fireplace and lots of seating, sky lounge and even a dog grooming room with professional sinks and dryers. There is so much I’m sure I’ve miss."

"The location is fantastic, close to all amenities and public transport. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it a joy to live in. The building management is responsive and always willing to help with any issues. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming community atmosphere. "For myself personally, I was searching for a modest apartment, affordable, yet not bare bones. Amongst the many apartments at Hawthorne, Indy:West definitely fits these needs for anyone who may be scavenging in these current markets. Meeting with the leasing office was an outstanding experience and led to a great conversation about my needs and wants. Jackson, who is a “Live It!” specialist really let his talents shine and surely knew everything about this property. The tour was spectacular and the model was astonishing, it made it an easy sell! I’ll look no further than Hawthorne, specifically Indy:West, for my next move! Shoutout to, Laura, and her charismatic and undoubtedly committed personality, put together with, Jackson, made what normally is a mundane process, truly enjoyable!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! 9-1-23 my apartment manager Laura tossed my house because she wanted to do an inspection for bed bugs. Apparently this place has had several cases. What happened was... She caught me in the hallway and said she needed to do an inspection. I told her I couldn't I was late for work she argued and said she could do what she wanted. I said no I need to see in my lease that she could inspect when she felt like it. So we went to the office, and she pulled up a clause that states they could inspect for bed bugs during a reasonable time. I told her I was late for work it wasn't reasonable for me. I wanted to be present. The manager was yelling at me shouting things like she could do what she wanted. Many many times I said let's schedule it for another day. I also requested for her to call a manager so we could define reasonable. She continued to yell, and stated she didn't need to explain anything to me, and didn't have to call anyone. I again stated I felt uncomfortable and didn't want her in my apartment without me. She threw up her hands and said she didn't have time for me brushed past me, and told a male stranger whom I never met to come with her. (I assume the inspector) She ignored me when I asked for a number to management. Honest truth!!! She refused to speak to me gave me a awful look turned on her heals and stormed off. This manager went into my apartment without my permission. Without explaining anything to me about this process, or who would be in my home. I didn't know an inspection meant she could turn my house upside down. Without warning I came home to a disaster. My furniture tossed upside down. My belongings on the floor. My beds pulled apart mattress chaotic and bedding strewn all over the floor. After 12 hrs of work at the hospital, and with my 21 month old sleeping baby in tow I came home to what looked like a robbery. I'm a disabled veteran and I feel so violated. My nerves are wrecked. I had to call a 24hr emergency counseling services just to be able to function/focus enough to put my son's baby bed back in order. I need to feel safe and this home invasion trigged my PTSD symptoms. Noone told me my home was going to be torn apart. No notice for this "inspection" just a verbal argument over the word reasonable. It took hrs after a long hard day to get my house together. I reinjured myself trying to get furniture in order alone at 1am. Everyone needs help getting furniture in order and I had no one. These people left my house in disarray, and expected a single Mom with a sleeping baby to figure it out. How am I supposed to feel safe now. My trust with management is broken. This woman is very rude, disrespectful, authoritarian, and in general a terrible human. Pictures to prove what they did. -(initial impressions) The office is available for walk-ins, which makes handling different things simple. Office personal are very kind and considerate people. I have social anxiety and have never felt out of place. The amenities are top notch gym, pool, fire/lounge areas, dog wash, huge common area w/ pool table large TV's. Business center, private meeting areas, rooftop social area, movie theater, Starbucks machine, dog run area, walk/running path, recycling and valet trash pick up. Very friendly people. Noise curfew of 10pm with security service available. Incredible place to live. I know the price is higher than some. I feel like it's worth it. I saved and worked hard to live this quality of life and I believe I made a good choice."
