"I went to look at the property today. It's absolutely beautiful. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious. Tiffany was wonderful. She was so informative, patient and so friendly. Candy was also very friendly. The maintenance man I met was friendly. This is definitely a place I'd see myself living. My application is going in this week."

"⚠️Fair Warning ⚠️ Wish I could give it no stars. The worse. Save your money. Old, Musty and Moldy, it’s filled with water bugs and spiders. Maintenance never shows and if they do, it’s when you’re not there to do the bare minimum. A/C units are outdated and barely work. Laundry room always filthy with occasional homeless ppl sleeping inside, they don’t work well. Everyone in the office is rude and impatient. They challenge every problem you have or will give you the most useless advice ever just to stall, or insult your intelligence. Staff changes every 2 months. They’re never in the office. Pool been closed for two summers. Weight room equipment all broken. Pay $25 a month for valet trash but still end up taking your own garbage out. When it rains, your roof gets damaged and parking lot floods. I could go on but I hate I wasted time to mention them, this is just a FAIR WARNING ⚠️"
