"Moved in 2019 when it was brand new. Great place to live with an awesome view. Every visitor I had over loved it! Very clean and only had to call maintenance one time in over 2 years. They were very responsive to have someone come check out the Ac. Short walk to the heart of downtown or even closer walk to castle street shops, food and coffee."

"EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Management will not answer a single phone call right away. Absolutely zero amenities. They think they can charge just as much, if not more than other complexes around the town with amenities. Also have very limited parking (not enough for all tenants) you will have to park on Wooster street. Only plus is It is clean with new appliances."

"Do not rent a apartment in this establishment. They will tell you the security Is camera's work when they dont. I have email from port properties LLC stating this. This won't stop them from telling you that they work when you look at the apartments. We have had multiple breakins and vehicles in the parking lot. Also the security garage underneath floods with over 2" of water throughout the entire garage. The new company raised the rent to 1200. There is a same building on castle in 10th. Is same layout same builders. Those are going for 975 And also owned by a local company."
