"I just wasted $20 for them to tell me I couldn't get an apartment there because of my credit for one. I told Mary Blackburn if I had good credit I wouldn't need a low income apartment!!! 2, they said a felony charge had to be 5 yrs old & my was, which I was wrongfully charged in 2019. Now she says it has to be 5 yrs after I paid my dept to society, but that's not what the paperwork stated! I knew an old man that stayed there & he had bad credit but I guess it's because he gets a bigger disability check than me! My $900 a month ain't enough for them. It's not fair how people treat you or how she spoke to me!!!"

"Mary is a terrible person. Horrible place to rent from. The apartments are nasty..they don’t keep up with repairs..HORRIBLE QUALITY. And absolutely shady heartless people in management."

"Everyone has there own opinon of things me personally it was the worse decison i ever made to rent from them i was always being harrased even was called on my job over being short 75 cents ms ann is very rude doesnt care about anything but money and im talking will fuss over a penny if your short after only owing 260 dollars she still wouldnt agree to tell my worker to let me move out and put in my 30 day notice shes really rude and cold hearted whenever you try to be civilized and honest she just brushes it off and says your lying when i was the run being ran down to move into the apt the apt was rushed to get fixed up it needs many repairs after only being here 4 months shes not professional at all i wish i would have re thougt the whole process anybody looking to move PLEASE try another place thats alot better and worth your money income based or not"
