The Duplin Inn

"I stayed here for an extended period while my mother was in a nearby medical facility and am pleased to say the Inn made for an extremely comfortable stay. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated with a comfy bed and a small kitchenette including a full size fridge and coffee maker! The owners and housekeeper were incredibly pleasant and accommodating and checked on me daily to see if I needed anything. I’m so grateful I found this place, I truly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend them."

"Ck in was very good. The website had issues taking our reservation, but Cindy was ontop of that. I called and left a message with dates, # of ppl and type of room and she texted back saying there were issues and she would call when the website was back up and she did. We ck'd in at 130pm with no problem at all and a seamless ck out as well. Super clean rooms, comfortable beds, tv with a large selection of channels. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment -sized fridge w/ freezer ( not a small dorm size found at most commercial hotel/motels ) , microwave and the rooms own hot water heater! The room smelled good and the A/C was sufficient. Wonderful water pressure in a super quiet, small complex. We will be back again and again! Please support locally owned and ran small businesses. They need us!! Wonderful place you have, Cindy and thank you for the enjoyable stay and bringing back to life this piece of Duplin County history!"

"My kids and I stayed here in august, our room was so incredibly clean!! Hands down the cleanest hotel/motel we have ever stayed in.. kids were very happy with the selection of channels on the TV, will be staying here again when in the area!"

"When I arrived the check in process was very quick. When I opened the door to my room I was overpowered by how much fragrance/deodorizer had been used. It was a pleasant scent just ALOTTT of it had been used. My only real complaint is that particular day it was 109 degrees and the room was stifling. The a/c was not on and it took the rest of the day and evening to cool down. Website states no pets allowed. There were other occupants that came in with dogs later in the afternoons when owners were not there. I paid ALOT of money to have someone watch my SERVICE ANIMAL while I was staying there.. due to a death. Next time...I will be questioning their policy. Federal law states that service animals and or esa companions CANNOT be denied housing. Overall, I truly love staying at The Duplin Inn. The rooms are actually like an efficiency apartment. Plenty of cabinets and the bathrooms are awesome!! I always look forward to staying here when I travel. Bleighne Aryn Jordan"

"My mother booked our stay here for the weekend, as we were visiting from VA. We enjoyed our stay and actually enjoyed not having to check in or out with an actual person. The rooms were very clean! We felt safe and it was very quiet. Ample amount of parking is also a plus. The Duplin Inn has gained a loyal customer!!"
