"You have little control over fixing things (maintenance comes when convenient, if at all). Bug problems can be out of your control (bed bugs and roaches will enter your unit from your neighbor’s). The management doesn’t have much of an incentive to do things well - they’ll hire the cheapest contractors and squeeze as much rent as possible while staying competitive in the market. Profiting off of housing other people always leads to ridiculous behavior and keeping things in piss poor condition. I have had better luck dealing with private landlords rather than big corporations but it takes time to find a good one that isn’t gonna screw you over. Read the lease meticulously and if they resist you making changes to anything you disagree with in the lease, run the opposite direction. Easiest way to find a private landlord is to go on Zillow or trulia and the like and sort by New to filter out all the corporate ones."

"I’ve been living here for 2 years and the assistant management seems to get worse every year. I’ve been waiting on a new washer and dryer for these 2 yrs I’ve been dealing with a rusted leaking washer and a dryer that does half its job. Everything breaks in the apt the maintenance is always late and any services takes well over a week!! Very overpriced for a small one bedroom apt you’re looking are well over 1200 not including electricity, water or any other services, everything is constantly breaking all the maintenances done very poorly by inexperienced people! Don’t mind noting that they aren’t allowed when your not home they will disregard it and enter your unit still without permission. On top of all of this the rules for parking and common areas are subject to rules set by the office which can be manipulated at anytime without notice! They will also threaten to tow a full functional vehicle over a car cover! You’re better off paying a mortgage or renting somewhere else and not dealing with the headaches and stress of battling with your apartment management!"

"This apartment complex is horrible. The management is horrible and will try to make you pay for 2 months rent after your rent is up and you have given a 60+ day notice that you are not renewing rent that went up 43%. They will tell you to put the utilities into their name (which you cannot do) and then they won’t transfer them over, so all you can do is disconnect for a fee, of course. You are better off not renting here at all and save yourself the headache, time and money that they will try to get from you. Also, the maintenance team will enter your apartment without your permission. So if you are home they will walk right in, without even knocking."

The manager, Jordan, has been such a big help and made this whole moving experience so easy and not stressful like it usually is. The area is absolutely beautiful. I feel so safe and comfortable in this community. The neighbors are the sweetest and our apartment has newer appliances and is very affordable!!!"
