"No cable, no hot water, and no one called me back as promised when I complained on 1/14/2024. Cable TV kept freezing on all channels as soon as I checked in, but I was told the maintenance guy was "on a date". Front desk lady never called me back after the initial complaint, so I called back and they offered a small discount for the TV issue. The next morning, no hot water so I called again. When I checked out 30 minutes later, I was told by the front desk lady they checked surrounding rooms and the water was fine (insinuationg that it was I who was in error). I was told the manager would call me and they asked for my phone number. I can't remember the last time I had to take a cold shower at a hotel and try to fix the TV for hours. No calls after two days, so a one-star review seems more than logical. Will you call me now? Will you reduce my bill since you didn't provide the contractual service that I paid for?"

"Miss Sharron was by far the most warm, welcoming, friendly front desk attendant that I have ever encountered. She was so sweet and helpful and really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Great service, clean hotel, yummy breakfast, good beds and linens are all found here. I must reiterate on how amazing Miss Sharron was and how we are still thinking about her kindness several days later."

"We visited this hotel and the ocean Isle Beach area in early August. The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast was vgood with options like eggs and sausage, waffles cereal, fruit, juices etc. There is a nice saltwater pool outside and the facilities are clean and well kept for the most part. The rooms are a decent size and clean as well although some of the furniture is a bit outdated. The location is very close to shopping and some nice restaurants. It's also not far from the beach and easy access between Calabash and Southport."

"*UPDATED* Checked in, went to our room and all was well. Then without warning my wife and I noticed the water in our room was off come to find out the water to the whole hotel was off due to them "fixing" the water heater... So many hours later my wife and I come back after a long day at the beach and there was and still is no hot water. We paid for a week here... I sure hope it gets fixed soon. (After 2 and a half days we finally have hot water) Oh and then not to mention we wanted to make use of the washer and dryer on site well the washer worked but all the dryer did was take our money. We ended up having to spend more money to go to an actual Laundromat..."
