"Moved in March 2023 and loved this place. Excellent management and response for maintenance requests. Well kept grounds. There are downsides to these “luxury” rentals, however, and they’re big ones. Within 4 mos. of move in, the stainless finish appliances — all of them — began showing rusting spots. Overly large island allows no pantry space in the kitchen area. The laminate floors are not smooth, laid down upon concrete with no sub-flooring. Ridged and hard to keep clean; not smooth under one’s feet. The HVAC system is completely inadequate for the unit. It is incapable of keeping the unit warm without additional heating, such as space heaters. Floors are cold; windows are drafty. No fan in the main space to help circulate what warm air rises to the 10’ ceiling. It all adds to the additional costs of electricity to live in discomfort in the winter months."
