"oh my god where should i start, i’ll keep it short.. it’s always dog poop outside by the mail box & just in general the staff that has housing here walks past it everyday an does nothing about it. and answer this for me if i live above someone should I be hearing their music from upstairs…321..!!! NO i shouldn’t an the smell of weed should not me in my home because ghetto hoodrats want a buzz it’s ridiculous i should not hear ur music if i am above you especially from 10pm- 3 in the morning i have kids they have school an they go to bed early it’s hard for them when you have disrespectful people around get this fixed i know you guys move slow with things but i’m sure if it’s about losing money you’ll act quick !!"
"I’d like to thank the whole staff of chason ridge for their attentiveness and being great with walking my fiancé and I through the whole process! I was very nervous in the beginning with making a decision, hince this will be my new home and first as a couple, but Tiffany was great and patient with us. I sat in the office for about 3hours but we did it! Thank you Tiffany and the staff!"
"Ever since Tiffany and Patrick got here the work orders have been getting completed in timely manner. The communication and follow ups have been very helpful. It has definitely been a huge change since the last leadership was here the first 7 months were very tough and my apartment was not ready when I moved in. I reached out many times to speak with someone and kept getting the run around. I like the changes I have seen since I've been here."
"The only good thing about this complex is the maintenance man, he is so kind and helpful. Everything else is bad. There are bugs, appliances break frequently, everything has this weird black film on it. Neighbors leave their trash out for MONTHS and everyone who works in the leasing office is so rude. The gym is always dirty, and the pool is always closed. Spend a little extra and have a nicer living space then this."
