Woodland Village Apartments

"Woodland Village had its issues when I first moved in but the new management company has worked super hard to improve things and to make their tenants happy. The property manager is amazing and quick to respond to any issues that come up. The neighborhood is quiet and they will work to remove anyone that presents issues. I lived here for a year and a half and am only moving because I need four bedrooms. If not for that I would have had no issues staying longer. Great place to call home! And thanks for everything Jennifer!"

"Normally I would give them 5 stars. Lately however things have been a bit disappointing. Valor the company that owns the company has decided to make our property Manager responsible for two properties. So now for six hours of the day she is at the other property which leaves us her original tenants stuck with two hours to try to get in to discuss any issues we have."

The office manager Jennifer is awesome we are a great community Jennifer makes sure she plans a community event for each holiday which is amazing she’s also very understanding. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Maintenance is awesome as well I’ve stayed at different apartments complex and I must say woodland village is the best.10 out of 10 I will renew my lease again"

"I've been a resident at Woodland Village for three years. I have seen my share of property managers and they weren't all good. Since Valor residential has taken over ownership and thanks to our new property manager Jennifer, things have definitely improved 100%. Jennifer shows a genuine interest in the tenants and the condition of the property. Thanks to the efforts of Jennifer and Alex our new Maintenance man, the property is showing marked improvement.
