"Possibly Racially Profiled: I came into the store the morning of Final Four to exchange a my Carolina shirt for another one. The employee was rude and rushed me along as I looked at shirt sizes. To top things off she watched me as if I she thought I was gonna steal from the store. I felt so uncomfortable that I just left. I should've just asked for a refund and told her to keep her shirt."

"Terrible customer service, I walked away after the girl rang up $192 of jerseys and hats just because of her bad customer service and her not wanting to help me from the moment I walked in the door. Shop lids locker room instead. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door plus I was able to use a discount code online. This happened on 2/12/22"

"HORRIFYING…That’s how i’d describe my visit to the sports mania store. I came in with some friends to purchase some clothing and this angry german man who I was surprised to find out was an employee approached me. Not only was he rude but his use of language was shameful. I will not be shopping there again and i recommend the same for other shoppers."

"Terrible store. very overpriced clothes but that’s the not even the worst part. an employee at the store was incredibly disrespectful towards me and my friends for simply walking into the store. he told us to leave the store and go to the playground in a malicious tone and he began to swear at us in english and some foreign language. I believe his reaction to us entering the store may have been motivated by our race which i frankly find disgusting and appalling. I hope no one has to experience something like we did. PLEASE do not go to this store unless if you want to be racially profiled!"

"Came to Sports Mania innocently looking for a Curry jersey to rock my Warriors pride. As I was trying it on one of the employees came up to me and started speaking to me in some foreign language! (Seemed to be Russian). He then kicked us out of the store even though we had done nothing wrong and started cursing at us as well. Very rude staff and will not be coming back here again!"
