"Super friendly staff. Quality clothing. Their colors are consistent, so I can build on my purchases from last year. That helps to ease the prices. Their loyalty program is also pretty good."
"The best customer service in the entire mall! Ms. Loucks & Brandy greeted us and helped my wife and her bestie pick out several outfits for an upcoming photo shoot!! Ladies, if you’re looking for a great experience look no further!!"
"This was my first time shopping at WHBM at Southpoint Mall and it will be my last time shopping at WHBM. I ordered two sweaters online/pick up in-store using Afterpay. When I arrived at the store, the sales associate and the manager did not know how to process the order via Afterpay. They tried to charge me full price for the sweater. There was nothing for them to do other ask for the order number or email, verify my identity and handover the merchandise, as the merchandise had already been paid for via Afterpay. To help them out, I said just cancel the online/pickup in-store order and I will just purchased the two sweaters in-store, which I did. Well, two weeks later the online/pickup in-store items were not canceled, as Afterpay was going to charge my card. I called the Southpoint store and spoke with the manager and of course, she blamed the system. Bottom line, if you were having a problem with the store system (Isn't that what they all say. They blame the system when they just don't know how to do your job), it is your job as a manager to follow-up and ensure the online order was canceled. Especially, since I purchased the two sweaters in store, which was really doing the store a favor. Horrible customer service."
"Just drove to Southpont Mall specifically for this store. It is 530 pm on a Wednesday and the doors are locked. A African American lady is in there...I saw her as she walked into the changing room area. I knocked on the door numerous times and called a few times and no answer. Such a waste of my time and gas. I'm a very huge fan of this location but I guess I'll just have to shop elsewhere."
"This is by far the best customer service store in Durham that I have ever shopped at. The ladies that work there, work themselves to death to bring you items in the dressing room that you might like to try on. They are always helpful, kind and friendly every time I go into the store. If they don't have you size they will order it. If you need to hold an item a day they will do it. They go out of there way to serve you. Its always a great experience every time I shop there."
