Check police records for the amount of times they're called to respond to this complex on weekends. *** In response to 698 Prospect's reply - your own onsite personnel told me 'the owners' won't put up fencing, put in gates, or hire on premise security personnel needed for weekends. Two weeks ago you had someone walking around the parking lot firing rounds from what was described as an AR-15. Actions, not rhetoric are what gets results."
