"Pro: The only pro is that its Near USM that’s it. Con: When I first moved here, all amenities were included with rent. Now that is no longer the case. You have to pay rent and everything is separate ( air conditioning/heat, water, electricity and wifi) which is annoying because they apply all of the other charges until later on. Management will work with you if you talk with them however it’s apparent that they don’ t communicate with each other. Rent keeps going up and what we pay for the rooms is not worth it because all of the appliances don’t work properly and are outdated. Then they try to make it your problem. The maintenance people don’t really fix anything. When they “ fix up” the rooms that means they just slap a coat of paint over the walls in the bed room. They change managers every six months The pool doesn’t open until mid summer Outside has a lot of dog poop because no one cleans up behind their pets"
"First year was okay, but after many management changes and unpredictability in charges, rules, etc. it was not worth staying here anymore. Only good thing about this apartment is it is close to the university."
"I love our new apartment. The gym is the best part. I can work out with my friends and not have to really leave home to do it. The ladies in the office are always nice. I also met some cool people who helped us move in, no questions asked. It's like I have a huge new extended family—something I never really had."
"The only reason I say 4 is because nothing is perfect. They really helped me out. They respond quick to maintenance request and management has been great. Being close to the college I expected a loud environment. To my surprise, it's rather peaceful and I enjoy my apartment."
"This place deserves 0 stars. Please beware of this apartment complex. Not only do they change management every 6 months but they also try to change agreements within your lease without notifying you . This apartment complex does not have upgraded apartments. Please do not believe the lies they tell you. Apartments are not cleaned before you move in . If your child is trying to stay here please have a lawyer on hand because they also take advantage of college students by saying they’ll give you credit for your rent but only if you renew your lease. They don’t make repairs. Many apartments have broken air, broken washing / drying machines, and if you live on the bottom floor or in an apartment that had animals there’s fleas, roaches, and flies. If your water heater breaks and floods your apartment they will not accommodate you. The new and old management don’t communicate, so if you have questions about your apartment they won’t be much help. If you are a long term tenant or A. Albert was there in office when you signed your lease please keep a copy of your original lease because they may change your lease agreements without providing proof or explanation on why .They don’t value or care about long term tenants. Communication with management is a struggle. This is not a sanitary apartment complex at all. Aside from the filthy apartments the pool is never clean, there’s dog poop everywhere and the grass isn’t cut consistently. Look at the previous reviews and you’ll see that many people move out often here. They will not show you your apartment before you move in but will require you to pay first months rent. If you stay here please take a picture of everything before you move in and keep all receipts. They change management so much and previous tenants have had issues with misleading information regarding their lease ."
